THE ASK

How does HOKA unify their national brand presence while staying deeply connected to local run culture — and drive sell-through of terrain-specific product?

SOLUTION

Running is hyper-local. Brand scale is national. How do we build one platform that flexes regionally?

Conquer the Loop is built as a national platform with local precision. The campaign scales through a unified master message while flexing by terrain, city, and product. Each market activates its own iconic loop—CP10 in New York, The Beast in Los Angeles, The Rick in Miami—allowing creative, community engagement, and product storytelling to adapt naturally to elevation, surface, and climate.

SOLUTION CONT'D

OOH becomes city-specific declarations. Experiential turns local loops into live proving grounds. UGC invites runners to claim their own version of the loop. Retail and e-comm map terrain directly to SKU. One idea. Infinite terrain. Fully adaptable across channels without losing cohesion.

Every touchpoint adapts to the environment it lives in—without fragmenting the brand. One spine. Multiple loops. Seamless integration across OOH, social, experiential, retail, and digital.
