It ties JetBlue’s signature human service and comfort to the resilience and optimism of travel itself. This is an example of a campaign pitch I could art direct for Jet Blue.
SOLUTION
Tone is empathetic, human, slightly witty — in that JetBlue “heart + humor” voice. It is focused on people first, not planes or perks, aspirational.
